The 27 Rules of Conquering the Gym

I found this list over at The Wall Street Journal to be excellent. With everyone flocking to the gym because of their New Year’s resolutions, here are some handy tips that you should take to heart. My favorite was right there at the top:

Rule #1 - A Gym is not designed to make you feel instantly better about yourself. If a gym wanted to make you feel instantly better about yourself, it would be a bar.

You should do yourself a favor and check out the rest. They have some real good advice with some funny (but true) details that you should be aware of.
