I saw this post on Deadspin this morning and I gotta say that it’s a little scary hearing about 3 different fish vs. human “incidents.” I know that sharks and pirahnas are dangerous but nobody told me to look out for flying needlefish!

The fact that this story made as far as it did is simply amazing. I’m a big advocate of blogs, but the failure of any/all of the people attached to this hoax to verify the information is just plain pathetic. It’s a good thing that people here in the States know what they are doing!
